Diagonal Marketplace: A multi-tenant retail project with Chipolte, Starbucks, Papa John's & others. Diagonal Marketplace is along Highway 119 in Longmont, Colorado. It was sold in 2005 and set a Longmont record for a sale.

Premiere Building & Parkway Plaza: Built in 1985, the Premiere Building won architectural awards and still is one of the top office buildings in Longmont.
