David Chaknova has been in the Boulder area for over twenty years and has developed shopping centers since 1979.  He specializes in retail shopping center development, but has developed numerous residential and commercial properties.
Recently, David Chaknova has been teaching real estate development.

Michelle Marlow is the full time property manager of Nova Investments, Inc. She works in the Boulder office and is responsible for seven shopping centers. Michelle has spent two years previously as a property manager at Developers Diversified Realty and four years of property management with Adams County Housing Authority. Michelle serves as the president of the Design Review Committee on the Riverdale Park homeowners association. Michelle lives in Thornton with her husband and two children.


Rick Rippberger joined Nova in Summer 2006. Rick is a Boulder native who has owned several successful businesses.

David De Sena has been with Nova Investments for over two years. David teaches skiing at Vail on the weekends.
